It makes no sense for the F4EJ-ADTW to face the AIM-120B with missiles that rarely work at low altitudes, where it is FORCED to fly, because if it flies at altitudes above 5KM, it will be totally vulnerable to missiles that are 1,000 times superior to the jet.
We need to reduce its BR to at least 10.7 at the beginning, but thanks to its radar, which suffers at low altitudes and loses target lock more easily than any other, it could easily be allocated to BR 10.0.
There is nothing special about this jet that justifies keeping it at 11.0 and forcing it to face 12.0…
When it was launched, it did well against enemy jets, but now, with these new AIM-120 and R77 missiles and absurd radars, it is nothing more than a guaranteed kill, limited to destroying bases (IF IT REACHES A BASE) and AI ground targets.
F-4EJ ADTW doesn’t face AIM-120B or any other form of active radar homing missile, at most superior semi-active radar homing missiles like AIM-7F and any other better than this, with recent sales and popularity of airplanes like F-4S Phantom II, MiG-23ML and Mirage F1C-200, obviously it will struggle, F-2A ADTW is a clear answer for a rather underwhelming vehicle to play currently.
