Sure, and and gun books of adjustments are what for?
The point is I had control over my shots, and the guns worked in a manner where your aiming target caused your guns to centrally focus their fire into a narrow position. Now there is so much RNG that the guns scatter blast across the entire ship. I have less accuracy and no control over where the guns land essentially.
How are you guys even aiming your shots against targets coming straight at you? Do you just pound the bow or is there a way to adjust the shots to aim farther down the ship?

They had those during the age of sail as well, or did you think they didn’t make corrections once longer range guns came into play

Why not, just poin’t and click where you want to hit, and adjust if target turning. Just like with green snot.
If this aiming method with computers is so realistic, why was it added to arcade and not realistic? lol

What the difference?
You do zero mental processing when you target ships now with guns in NAB.
How do you not realize that
When you calculate lead time in your own brain to figure out where to aim before patch, that mental processing is gone.
Do you understand?

There were no processing just snot aiming and ajusting, same as now but now we adjust from the target hull
The adjustments were the thought part, adjusting for the range and heading, the new system takes that away

Maybe you never got good and just followed the green target. Most of us learned to process lead time with the aid of the green target.
