yeah… a whopping 0.6 seconds faster reload and with a shell with 6mm more pen then the Pz.IV at 4.0… so much OP.

I still need to spade my Chi-Ri and figure out how to not suck, but from what little experience I have with it, it’s seems like a very situational vehicle. The reload speed only occasionally comes into play. It’s hard to fully take advantage of it when many vehicles have much better turret traverse speed and will get the first shot off, usually going through since the armor’s no good.
I just can’t say that its advantages over the Chi-To warrant being a whole BR higher, even if it got the engine power corrected to 700 ps.
