I took a long break from the game and have found many changes. One that I’m trying to figure out, I remember that BR when you had different planes was based on a “ladder” so to speak of the first three highest BR’s. If you could get this “ladder” the the BR would be one less than that of the highest. For example
4.7 +4.3 +3.7 the three best planes, the squadron’s BR would be 4.3.
It wouldn’t work if there wasn’t a ladder, for example
4.7 +4.3 +4.3 the three best, the BR would be 4.7.
From what I have observed, the BR is now based on only the first two planes, and furthermore requires at leas a two level gap for the BR to be lowered from the highest, examples
4.7 +4.0 = 4.3
4.7 +4.3 = 4.7
The third best plane seems to no longer influence the BR. Is my observation correct, or I don’t know what I’m talking about?
You’re correct, the weighting of different BRs in a line-up has been changed a while ago. There now needs to be a two-step difference between the two highest BRs to lower to overall BR by one step.
