Regarding the bots, I have a few proposals for improvements.
- When a match starts with only a few players, both teams have “bot players” to fill the server. As real players join, these bots disappear. Sometimes enough players join to push all the bots out of a team, but then, after a few minutes, those players leave the match, leaving the team almost empty.
My proposal is that, in these cases, the bots could come back into the match, so that there is always a minimum of 8 active players, real players and bots combined, and to avoid extremely boring matches where one side has 9 players and the other has 1 trying to survive. - On some maps, such as the Strait of Dover or Port Moresby, the bots simply fly around in circles, handing us dozens and dozens of kills xD
Couldn’t they be at least a little aggressive, or even just try to survive? I don’t understand this behavior. - Implement a survival instinct in bomber formations, as with reconnaissance aircraft. When a reconnaissance aircraft is damaged, it returns to its base. It would make sense for a bomber to do the same if the damage it has taken doesn’t allow it to complete its mission, right? Rather than seeing burning aircraft keep flying in circles…
In that case, it could be evaluated whether, for the purposes of the objective, it can be considered destroyed (since it didn’t complete its mission) or not, which would make the “destroy the enemy bombers” objective fail.
All of this is always with the aim of improving the realism of the matches, from my humble point of view.
Thank you.
