You are right that 1 base (I actually think its about 1.5) is enough to fill your activity time for the 15 minute interval.
But he may have been farming score such as during an event grind. Isnt capped. If they were farming score, then 4 bases makes sense. Now there is some wierd mechanic where score is reduced the more A2G weapons you have or soemthing, but nonetheless, if the goal is score. then multiple bases makes sense.
But they may have also just been wanting to do as much ticket damage as possible. Usually bases really arent a problem to be fighting over in SB, so if you can knock out all the bases, you can do a lot of ticket damage
Also SB is an entirely different situation, as you always have something you can bomb, in the form of the Airfields, which is why its largely irrevelant to the debate regarding lack of available bases to bomb in an ARB environment. Whilst TIGERS attitude towards base bombing isnt quite right, that problem does very mcuh exists

I treat Sim as an easy way to grind. I maximise my points by doing as little as possible. I would rather have the game go the full 3 hours just bombing bases just to maximise profit, so I really don’t care about winning or losing there. I forget some people actually see Sim as a three hour gamemode dedicated to LARPing.
But I didn’t really consider the fact he was farming for an event. I just figured it was a new player that needed to chill out and realise he was doing extra for no reason: like a new employee doing anything and everything without realising that not only is he making all of us look bad, but making him look like an easy target to get used and abused. Either or, it did give us more of an opportunity to get all our points, and to not have a single plane hog everything.
I also forget people bomb in Realistic. I usually ignore them anyways. Win or lose, I’m in the next match just trying to get attachments or using a premium to get through the BRs.

The pain of the heavy bomber that can only kill 1 base… Drop your bombs only for an attacker or fast bomber to ignore your callout on the base and zip in under you and kill it while your bombs are falling…
the only thing more point and click than arcade is cookie clicker bro. sorry that i dont like to spawn in and instantly see my enemies/get sniped from across the map

fair enough, but i’d at least rather be realistically clicking rather than automatically seeing the penetration and shell drop in GAB or knowing exactly where the lead is on an enemy fighter in AAB. the point and click of GRB and ARB is at least true to the functions of the vehicles, not the watered down child’s play of arcade

i might not be as good as you, seeing you’re lvl 100 and all that, but that doesn’t mean i’m instantly bad bro.
Shaming people for playing arcade is how we end up with arcadification of RB and sim as people prefer arcade gameplay, come to RB or sim due to shame or better rewards, decide they hate the slower pace and demand changes and we end up with 25 minute max ARB matches on super tiny maps that end in 5 minutes.
And the “Go play AB/RB if you want to pvP in sim, you sweaty tryhard!”
