Bomb load should be restricted to one base

I love my 2 bases with 4 napalm in a fully swept F-111A or a big enough bomb load to single handily take out a sim airbase.

If I truly was egoistic, I would have complained about every fast plane in the game. But you don’t see me complaining about MiG-23, F-104. Stop trying to make me look self centered or something.

People wanted to bring up my past threads to “prove” I only make suggesitons that benefit myself, which, isnt true. My Swedish, Italian, Israeli air trees are the least finished, a sugestion that would truly benefit myself would be to nerf mig23’s speed or something.

As for the “my base” thing. I wanted to bring up a scenario that many people would potentially experience and link it to a “idea”. I understand it may come off as whiny.

Anyway, the thread has turned into a crapshoot, that has moved from discussion of an idea, to “you bomb!” thing. The “I” factor is too strong, which was unexpected for myself, since I never look at the author of a post much.

As the topic starter, I no longer see the point of this thread, so it would be nice to see if you could close it, but that is your choice…Thanks.

Why the hell are you bombing in a J-7D, which is one of the strongest planes at it’s BR, anyway?

I think that is a much bigger issue than the issue in your OP.

Need some cheese with that whine.
First of all, you use premium fighter, loaded on bombs ( and it cant even destroy that base on that loadout and cant carry any missiles during that) and want to limit bombs to 1 base. Well, why dont we limit bombs in airgames only on dedicated bombers / strikers instead , and even better on top tier “strikers” Eagle, SU we could limit it completely off.
You decide to use those planes “wrong” and now because you miss the base you want limit bomb load of others so they cant play as they please. Nice double standards you got in there.

Personally I dont mind people using figters on basebombing long as it doesnt hurt thei fighter role. Example F4s, can take 2 napalms and still being a missile bus, same goes on su’s F111F , yes it’s striker but feels more fighter/interceptor 4 aim9 l’s and bombs for 1 base.

This sort of mentality makes for the ‘kill stealing’ and ‘ruining of the game for others’ mindset to be engrained, which is really unfortunate.

While you are frustrated, the game isn’t the cause of it, and the shifting of the issue to others is just a personal problem.

It’s actually really sad that this game has an abundance of this stupidity.

If they can only bomb one base, then what’s the point of strike aircraft, especially at higher brs where there are less to no heavy bombers?

It’s not Criticism when you start demanding changes. It is constructive criticism when you suggest how it can be improved. Thus, bombers and Strike aircraft get more rewarded when bombing the bases than fighters.

What you’re demanding, however, is no aircraft is allowed to bomb bases after picking the one they are going to bomb.

I think they should remove bomb loads in air RB from fighters, and bring back down base respawn time.

Flying a slow attacker or bomber behind everyone and having to wait 4,5mins (on top of flying to center for few mins) for base respawn while flying circles away from battle isnt great gameplay when alot of games end in under 10 minutes.

Sometimes your team loses just because there is not enough fighters doing fighting but racing slower aircraft to bomb a single base halfway and rearm or slam into the ground to get into next game.

Getting one kill and staying alive helping your team gives more RP anyway since its tied to actions+activity time. bonus is that you learn to play different fighter jets while grinding.

That’s the thing, newer players to Sim don’t realise that you only get points for one base. The rest is arbitrary. They think it’s like Realistic, where you get points for every base. You knock one base and head back, and that’s your full points for 15 minutes. I’ve seen an AMX steal four bases and then when called out, he said that he was trying for more points. I told him you get the same amount with one base and to try it out. He saw I was telling the truth and he went on for the rest of the game only going for one base.

That’s it, folks. One base per customer every 15 minutes.
