30mm APDS has enough penetration to still go thru Puma’s front in many spots (surprise surprise, Puma’s armor is massively underperforming), BMP-3 and BMD-4s do it, why shouldn’t BMPT be able to?
On the other hand, BMPT is going to be REALLY hard to kill for any IFV even from the side considering the level of protection…
So… Puma armor fixes when? The thing should by all accounts not give even the smallest of damns about anything below 57mm and even that should have issues.

Have you ever play the bmp2? the 8.7 one is by no means better than the desert warrior, thats just dumb.
if anything it’ll be easier to kill than a vanilla T-72, you can still get through the suspension at wild angles and the BMPT doesn’t have the carousel of jank protecting it’s inert ammo
