I’ve been using the XP-50 to grind and I really enjoy the plane’s playstyle and I plan to use it to finish researching all of rank iv. my question is what is the best plane in rank iv to break into the rank v jets. Should I get the premium spitfire or some other premium or should i consider a talisman for one of the p-51s or corsairs? I also feel like my dog fighting is pretty under developed because of me mainly using the xp and just targeting bombers then BnZing whoever i can, so a plane that could help me prepare for jets would also be convenient.

A-1H is pretty good prem
You can grind the p-51 line for the f-4c or the bomber line for the f-15 eagle in top tier
maybe something that isn’t 150 gajin coin
When you have Rank VI available for research use the P-51H to grind your first early jet.

Depends, do you love to play the P-51H and you don’t care to fly Rank V early jets? Then maybe. But don’t forget that with just a talisman you will run out of SL real quick if you start buying and crewing other planes.
P-51s then or just buy an f-4s and learn top tier jet(not recommended)

I would not buy a top tier premium pack jet because you are already in RankV, so might aswell grind the rest yourself. If you have the money for that might aswell buy a high tier premium for another tree.
For Rank VII the best jets are the F-104C and the F8u-2
For Rank VIII the F-5E and the F-4J
yeah i wasn’t planning on buying a prem jet. Like a rank iv, like the fw 190 or spitfire
I haven’t unlocked it yet. from the earlier mustangs i didn’t really care much for them, then again I never got them out of stock. Also good point abt the SLs cus I usually stock pile for a whole line up for ground rb but I might have to pick and choose a bit more for planes
No that isn’t worth it because you will be out of a premium plane for rank VI anyway, might aswell grind normally or later buy a talisman for the F-80A or F-86A. Both are very good dogfighters for their BR if you know what you are doing

Id say maybne the F2G is a pretty good prop, i dont own it so i wouldnt know for sure, but it has really good engine power so great vertical performance, and somewhat decent turning, and iirc 20mm. its a tad expensive but its for 40 GJN on the marketplace
