Belly flop landings removed

You just crash when belly flop landing now. Why? some planes cannot get down to speed and do a landing on certain maps and require that you do a belly flop landing to not overrun the runway now you just bounce and die

Is this only in RB? Did an Arcade test flight and can still land on the belly.

Simplicity at its finest, use airbrakes, use flaps, drop the gear and land at high AOA, as much as you can before you stall.

crash lands

Complains about crash landing

I guess it’s time to bind the landing gear to a keybind.

Though would like to see fixes to brake strength and maybe more drag chutes

missing gear due to damage?

i have issues landing the P-59 especially on the short WWII runways, you practically have to stall if you wanna land the thing with gear because its wheel brake applies like a whole .5psi to the wheel.

hunter f1 any map with a hill before the runway good luck

um that’s actually normal for jet aircraft

that doesnt take away from my point rofl, they need to up brake pressure so people can actually stop lol

try the A4E, landing its the easy part, stopping is the hard part

A-4’s get drag chutes no? from my experience they work pretty well

They dont have drag cutes

im thinking of the Ayit thats my bad, its the only A-4 ive really played

I think A-4B as well as A-4E Early doesn’t but the others do.

should’ve clarified that i meant the US ones my bad

Touch down slow, like I said, it shouldn’t just kill you.

Yeah the level of brakes planes have in this game is actually quite a lot less than real life lol.

You can increase it by pitching down so it puts more weight on the wheels, this helps a little and makes more drag.
