It would be nice if the developers made correct cockpits for these three planes, they have had a default cockpit for years!

Relatively few players use bombers past 4.3ish
Few will use the less well-known types.
And fewer still will use cockpit view.
So whilst I do wish the models would be updated I really can’t see it happening anytime soon, especially for types that have open interiors and would need more than just consoles and framework improvements.

I agree with you but when we see French or Israeli bombers which have very beautiful cockpits it disgusts me a little.

Israel currently has only one true bomber, B-17, all the others have fighter style cockpits and are far more likely to be flown first person style and so probably considered more worthy.
Planes like the B-17 with multiple person cockpits and open fuselage will wil always need more intensive modelling, and assuming Gaijin pays fixed fees that means the larger the subject the more simplified it become (if variable then big & complex = expensive which is why may be reserved for famous types and/or premium sellers)
At the end of the day because the game is not a true simulator it will always be down to economics as to what gets the most detail rather than completing everything to the max especially when it comes to enhancing an already modelled vehicles.

Honestly, just want lancaster to be sorted. I could tolerate all the issues of lancaster if it had cockpit (or the arson set up, that’d be nice too).

Yea. But before that they should probably give lancaster accurate payload. Got no toasty bombs, can’t set up historical mission loads, etc.

Yea, that’s unfortunately the same boat here. Which sucks, it is my favourite prop bomber. And we don’t have my favourite jet bombers because apparently V bombers have no place.

The mosquito that carried the 4000lbs bomb isn’t in war thunder so I don’t care too much for low tier bombers.
Honestly I don’t even thing DCS is large enough to let a Vulcan stretch its legs but it would be nice if she was the top tier nuke plane, maybe have the valiant because it took part in musketeer (suez crisis) and victor as it could carry the 22000lbs grand slam like it was nothing, really flex on the PE8.

I think we can now get that with the Split BRs, hard to balance otherwise. But I really hope we do get it soon
