I meant getting to lvl 90 out of 100 casually, then the rest through a challenge.
I mean as far as coupon goes or whatever, it’s fine if that requires a bit more, but don’t see the benefit of the vehicles being difficult to obtain.
Gaijin should just take the lazy/smart route and copy Call of Duty’s BP system. It’s more player friendly, it’s less work for the devs and players, and it’s pretty safe to assume it generates far more profit. For those that don’t know how CoD’s system works, it’s just a 1 to 1 of in match exp to battlepass progress. No daily log ins to worry about, no daily tasks, and no time gated challenges. Porting such a system to War Thunder would have the added benefit to Gaijin of highly encouraging premium time and vehicles.
Gaijin also needs to vastly increase the amount of cosmetic rewards including in the BP. More decals, more decorations, more camos that are unattached to the current BP vehicles. Really just need reasons to engage with the BP if you aren’t interested in any of the included vehicles. I have yet to buy a single War Thunder BP because I have yet to see anything I wanted in one. Where as I was buying every MW2 BP when I was actively playing because there was always a good variety of content that I wanted.
Pretty much this, encourage playing the game but stop forcing players to play it in a specific way, same issue with the warbond shop.
To participate in these things I pretty much have to dedicate all my playtime to a specific playstyle and vehicles, even modes, leaving no time to progress TT research.
So I don’t bother at all.
I enjoy the challenge too. My only gripe is that when I pay SL to change a task, it should not bring tasks up I have already paid to skip. This should especially be true of people who use GE.
That. Very much. I hate this with a passion.
