what you mean the
Part? It is literally a nessacery disclaimer as if I said that about the IRL Israel I will be thrown in prison for 5 years in my county, I wish to avoid a misunderstanding resulting in that.

We get the meaning, instead of saying" it shouldn’t be a TT in game" you added the dots to imply it so yes anyone can easily understand what you meant
… means continuation of thought or after thought, I made my statement about the TT then realized I needed to clarify it. Beyond that read what ever you like into it. Not my pig, not my farm.
Cool, good thing community just writes little bit on Forum and accept this insult of Battlepass… hey it is what it is
It would seem that enshitification has reached a new level. It is a standard business practice to slowly reduce the value of something that started out great, and the BP is a perfect example of this trajectory.
I question how far they are taking this tbh.
In the end the best way to try and ameliorate the situation is for us players to vote with our feet, so I won’t be buying this BP or even grinding it. The BP with its daily tasks is a great organising principle for the play sessions of many players. If it no longer functions properly because the rewards are not interesting, they might want to take at least a couple steps back on the enshitification spiral.
Tbh even if they don’t, it doesn’t really matter at this point, this BP is such a nothingburger that skipping it hardly takes any effort.
What was the last rank 5 reward?)
Do you even remember we HAD SUCH at the start of the BP?
Can you provide the link? Im interested in seeing what is proposed.
In my opinion, the “subnation” logic is pretty good, but the execution is hardly of any use. Look at the SA subtree! It was great, it added several wheelers and interesting unique modifications of the techs. Or how the indian subtree opens a path for even more uniqie modifications of the techs for britan. But devs decide to cut corners as much as they can, so only indian tank that isnt copypaste slop is T-90S (which could`ve been added to USSR anyway).
Smin, the fundamental problem of this BP is its overall composition. People are focusing on the Spitfire because it’s the main reward, but the Spitfire being the main reward would have been better received if not for the combination of factors. The ship reward is not very exciting either, and the box contains only ships, making this (correcr me if I’m wrong) the first Battlepass in WT history to not feature all three major service branches featured in the game. Even the Warbond Shop this time around feels mediocre and it suffers even more from the contrast with the previous WB shop, which had a great selection.
Obviously not all BPs can be bangers. But this isn’t just “any average run of the mill BP”. It’s the worst I can remember in the game, and it comes at a time when the value of the BP has been generally decreasing. Of course people are drawing conclusions from that.
I appreciate that you’re doing your job, which is why I tried to package this comment as clear feedback rather than just whining or pointing fingers, hopefully it’s of some use to you guys. Have a good one.
as far as they can before sales drop off, we have gone from 4 GOOD vehicles to 2 trash ones and will continue the trend until people stop paying for it.
I think this is the one I was thinking of:
For an American oscillating turreted tank, there is still hope as the T-57 isn’t in the game yet, it was the same fear about the BMD series when the BMD-4 and BMD-4M came as non-TT vehicles, and in the end we still got the BMD-4M2. Gaijin generally adds prototypes to the right side of the tree cause they make for good event or premium vehicles, but the VIDAR was something of a fad that they had going with SPGs at the time, like how we got the PZH-2K as a premium in Italy. The logic behind a lot of the ones that are ww2 and early post war is that there are a lot there anyway, which there are but it’d be nice to get some more in folders.
What i mean is, if gaijin magically adds t57 to tech tree, but t54 t49 t58 are still premiums or events, its just proves how they make paywalls all round.
Same with BMD: we didnt get BMD-2s or 3s to tech tree, but we firstly got BMD-4 as event, cloned BMD-4M as paywall premium, and WORST version of BMD-4 (as M2) as tech tree variant later. So they again kept the better and more MASS variant behind paywall.
well they did copypaste of german machine as premium to italy, nothing particularly new. But the vidar is strange for sure.
And with WW2, they tell they keep prototypes or unregular machines as premiums, so again uniques behind paywall.
They dont give us more uniques as tech tree stuff, they keep doing C&P to tech trees (e.g.5 M55s lol) but uniques behind paywall
thank you
No worries!

They do paywall it, to remedy this I wish they would do a rerun of particular events in which they were available, but without the ability to sell the vehicles to at least level the playing field for newer players that never got the chance to earn these vehicles. The M55 was an infamous example, the M44 too, but you know people would have whined if they didn’t put it in a particular nation that they wanted it to go to, there isn’t a right answer there that satisfies everyone in that area lol.
Why does the greek things would go to Israel ? I think they are closer to germany, france or Italy for the toptier… I don’t want to see Israel with some already very good toptier jets with now a mirage 2K and Rafales F3. And The F-16C and D are already in the Israeli toptier; you won’t copy paste even more, rght ?
And as for the tank, they have 2A6, 2A4, 1A5, BMP1 Ost, M46, and in the future KF-41 and 2A7 as well as french VBCI’s . It’s just a german techtrech after the fall of berlin’s wall, and the air is very frenchy.
I would love to see it in Italy. Not Israel.
-1 for the placement
Regardless of the skin, having the 1942 short carb intake on a plane that has the wide-chord rudder introduced to the Mk.IX in mid-1944, is almost certainly wrong. The long carb intake was introduced well before the rudder mod, and was considered standard for Mk.IXs by the end of 1943.
Greece didn’t get Mk.IX Spitfires until 1947 (they used Mk.Vs before). By which time there would be very few remaining Spitfires from 1942 production with a short carb intake. I’m confident more Greek Spitfires Mk.IXs had the long intake, than had the wide-chord rudder.
Greece shouldnt be even considered a tech tree at that point. THey dont seem to offer at least heavilly modified version of existing tanks, let alone fully unique designs. Gaijin, when logic?
What’s pretty sad though, is that this spit looks really cool, would’ve been a nice tech tree addition as a filler for rank 4.
Instead we’ll get that but without even the skin, just a copypaste
Greece used Spitfires in North Africa in the war
Not Mk.IXs.
During WW2 they were flying Spitfire Mk.V (trop) - both Mk.Vb and Mk.Vc, but usually with the same “B-type” armament (2x Hispano and 4x .303 Brownings) in the C-type universal wing, instead of 4x Hispanos that are present on the ingame Mk.Vc.
Mk.Vb seem to have been replaced by Mk.Vc through attrition during the war, and the Mk.Vc continued in service in Greece post-war, through the Civil War years. From 1947 the Mk.Vcs were mainly used as trainers for other Spitfires in the Greek air force - Mk.IX and Mk.XVI, until all Spitfires were retired around 1953.
