Kfir canard is the worst!

Back when I was dumb, and relatively new to the game, the immediate second the F-4S went on sale I bought it cause who doesn’t want the high tier jet? This was also before the F-18 was added. As for the F-5, I’m honestly not sure why I skipped over it. It definitely would’ve been a much better investment than the F-4S I agree with you there.
Adding to this as a “Please play sim, it’s not as scary”
This is prop fighter optimized, but you can prolly figure out sane radar and TV and guided ground strike weapon controls for sim yourself:
You don’t need a headtracker, VR or HOTAS to do decent in sim.
Above controls let me fly into furballs with the 109 and survive and even get nice score using a mouse & keyboard.
By replacing the r60m missiles with napalm, you won’t even lose a percentage in efficiency.
They will make kills only in case of an attack by the blind pilots, or just an AI bot, and it’s not a fact that they will catch up with them :))
Those who plays fighter perfectly know about problem with enemy marker. People prefer to grind through bases rather then dying without noticing enemy in 3km , because game doesn’t show markers and radar does see nothing.
In my last games on the Mig 23ml, I fought with the radar more than I made contact with the enemy
Why? Its the least effort for maximum gain…what do you mean why? None buys a premium because they want exactly that premium aircraft…they all want top tier stuff or to progress quicker since nowadays grinding is a job, not a side gig… Premiums are under constant threat of getting dumped for the sake of the new shiny premium for you to buy so people rush to maximize the money spent, and also the fact that the game REWARDS it more than an actual kill and allows it
Honestly some aircrafts being so horrible should reward you SL/RP just for giving it a chance…
Cause it’s easy and free rp.
All I did in my mig 23 was base bomb for like 30 hours and I got to top tier, it’s quick and easy
yeah 2 napalms vs 4 R60m’s doesnt effect on performance on killing enemy air units… Yeah… Tell me bit more
Perhaps we play different WT versions
Thats actually a valid reason. I believe you now.
I myself bought the Turms-T for a close reason: i wanted a T-72 as my father mas a commander of one back in the army days.
Only the Mig-23M shall be allowed to use it…
Something huge that I feel is ignored a lot is the RP gains from winning.
And how do you win? Sure, base bombing might be able to help occasionally. But 9/10 times, the game comes down to who wipes out the enemy team first. That can’t be achieved by base bombing. I understand that base bombing is a ‘failsafe’. Its ‘guaranteed RP and SL’. But at the end of the day it isn’t going to get you as much as killing people and winning.
I understand the whole failsafe point and all of that. It can be hard to grind out fighters or take the time to learn their ins and outs. But I feel personally (and this is an opinion not a statement) that the potential rewards for winning a match are much better and as risky as the potential rewards for just bombing a base.
Wait. That is a percentage reward. And 67% of nothing is … ?
You get the same reward money by dying in a dogfight as you do missing a base/not getting to drop because of faster aircraft. Just saying.
Its way more efficient to base bomb if you are unlocking stuff. The biggest reason is your chance for success is much higher. Shooting down a plane if you are average is 50.50? Half the matches you receive nothing. … You can kill a base, get shot down and be on your way to another base while the last match is still flying around in circles trying to shoot each other down. I suppose you could change it, but the only reason I play that mode in the first place is because of the RP reward. Without that, I simply wouldn’t play it.
But the key point is, the flying around in circles gives you LOTS of RP, provided you do something at some point. Because time is a factor in the reward calculation. Try it, kill 1 base and die vs kill 1 base and stay to the end of the longer match.
Emm… I always try to do multiple runs. 75% of the time I’m shot down at one or two base depending. The point is you will spend 10 minutes flying around trying to shoot someone down and not get anything 50% of the time. Base bombing has a much higher probability of pay out.
