Balance in Match Maker (Event time)

this evenent ist working well.
There are a huge numer of games, where only one side has Phoenix missiles.
Even when USA is on both side you see often Tomcats ony on one side.

Its NOT fun to fight with a enemy and a phoenix is comming from the side and you die.

What is wrong with the Match Maker?
