Bad players in warthunder TopTier

Look, I’m not writing a proper response to you because I’ve promised myself that I won’t waste my time saying the same thing over and over again, but please at least understand how unhappy your comments make me

Just… don’t be the devil’s advocate, please don’t defend this. It kills any hope I still have for this game.

At least 80% of the problems in this game are intentional due to incompetence or malice from Gaijin

If you cannot learn to tolerate something there is no help. That is all I’m gonna respond with sigh…

Don’t engage with the forum troll just put him on ignore like the rest of us have done.

It’s not about learning to tolerate. If there’s anyone who has tolerance and knowledge about this game, it’s me. I was here when it first came out, I was here when the main mechanics were introduced. I know what’s wrong and what’s right here. I have more hours in the game than some kids have been alive… believe me, don’t talk to me about tolerance. I’m still here, I just can’t stand ignorant people and defenders of this mess anymore.

I’m tired of covering for this damned company and telling people who trust me that everything is okay when it’s not. That’s a lie

79050 games and you are saying this.I rest my case.
So you leave and some kid replaces you with a top tier premium and no idea how to play.

You have all this time served and you have to endure an ass hat like Sinisterisrandom. That is this forum sadly.

I’m already used to my experiences and opinions being unpopular because players like me, like us veterans are year after year realizing that this game is slowly turning into a SCAM and is becoming extinct. I used to have at least 30 super active and skilled friends with whom I played frequently a few years ago. We all clearly said that War Thunder was the game of our lives. Some of us, despite the distance, met in real life and got to know each other’s families. I still talk to most of them today, but none of them could bear the disappointment the game brought them, and now I find myself alone here. Sometimes I wonder if the fault is ours or the game’s. It’s very sad for me to see how everything is going. They still try to play, but it’s like watching a life that will never return. Gaijin killed their hope…

  1. There is no teamwork in top tier anymore
  2. Top tier is infested with cheaters
3.Premium buyers maketh no good teammates
4.Most of old players have left ,turnover of new players is fading fast

All this started with ill judged update 1.29

Top tier used to be top tier…back in the day when Gaijin promised us “We will never release premium planes/vehicles for top tier”… Before they started printing money there was sense of achievement when player reached top tier…enter your ccv …welcome to top tier has destroyed that.

Once update 1.29 hit and Senio was moved aside …shitshow started.

I genuinely miss how War Thunder used to be—people competing to improve, teamwork in matches. I miss when people organized themselves in chat to form squads, groups to fly together, strategize, discuss doubts. It was truly great, Even if it’s not a competitive game, it’s still a game. In the end, it’s still about winning or losing… I don’t understand how so much time has passed and the skill level we had accumulated from 2015–2017 has been lost over time. Nowadays, tank players can’t even do simple things, even those at level 100, and the same goes for pilots. They don’t understand basic dogfighting principles but want to fly an F-16 or F-15. I genuinely don’t get it. I know many people work and study and come home tired wanting to unwind a bit, but nothing in life starts at the top. Everything is a grind, not just the game—life is an endless grind, and you won’t reach the top without first learning. I just don’t understand how those beginners who buy a premium Abrams or an F-20 Tigershark expect to find any pleasure or happiness from the journey they supposedly should have to learn something. I don’t know if I’m being naive or if the game has become so superficial that it’s incapable of making an intelligent person happy

I like to say that RB is just Arcade without target markers now …which is perfect description of what goes on top tier both Air and Ground .

Players spawn and i can literally say straight away if it will be win or we will get spanked.
Light tanks rush on flanks or sniping positions ,no scouting at all ,no marking enemies
Americans and Russians spawn and ignoring all caps and objectives rush straight for enemy spawn
Only players i have seen playing old way are some germans/brits/french and long suffering japanese cousins.
No tactics,no teamplay,no thinking of any way involved …just press W
You can’t win with three players against enemy team and Gaijin bad design/choices playing against you
So after few thousands of deaths to helicopters/planes and rarely any deaths to other tanks …i quit top tier.

Welcome to video games.

With an attitude like that, I’m not surprised you’re writing walls of ranting text about a video game you’ve played for over a decade despite apparently now disliking.

Happy people do things they enjoy. Miserable people do things which make them miserable.

I don’t bow down to what’s wrong, regardless of the situation. If someone I love does something wrong, I’ll do everything I can to make them realize their mistake and that they need to make amends. What you’re saying is that if you care about someone, and they start killing or stealing, you’ll pretend these wrongs don’t exist? You won’t criticize or do anything about it? Then you don’t really care about them; that’s not what caring is…

I can already tell who has questionable character here, and it’s not me. I’m not the miserable one. To care about something is to want that thing to be well. I want War Thunder to be well, and it won’t get better if the way things are being handled doesn’t change. Sorry if you saw anger in my texts; that filter is only in your eyes…

Who are you to say who can or cannot criticize, who is or isn’t a failure? Failure is giving up—giving up on the good things you believe in

This is why the game is dying ,it is not about quantity but quality especially at top tier.

This guy has played 79050 games of Warthunder since the game started and you say that like you are something more special?

Bleeding Uranium 5753 games ,who is this guy?

The 4th part is a lie.
No its not. From what you can see on Steamcharts. It hasn’t grown or decreased,
This is likely a similar case for console players.
So nothing is fading fast it just hasn’t grown. So it’s gonna have the worst death a video game can get.
Which is suffering a slow death and fading with very to no remembering it existed.

Did you know that the overwhelming majority of War Thunder veterans don’t even use Steam, right? I don’t have Steam linked to my War Thunder account, and my friends didn’t either… That’s why your judgment is so clouded and naive. You simply don’t know some things that we do, and that’s not wrong; it’s normal… that’s how life is

You say this, yet…

…this comes across as essentially a parody of the “internet video game community” stereotype.

This is extremely unhealthy, and one should be nowhere remotely close to anything in life which makes them feel this way.

I should probably mention since you rather not have a civilized discussion B. I simply placed you on the ignore list. So I do not see nor need to respond to it and this is probably the closest to a respectful manner I can give. So Good Day, Night, and Afternoon random player of War Thunder.

I work normally, have my wife, play games, practice sports, and enjoy War Thunder, here I’ve made great friends whom I carry with me for life… What’s the point of what u said? I really don’t understand.

Are you telling me what I should do with my freedom? That I shouldn’t come here to share my opinions about the game’s situation and that I can’t do anything to try to make it better?

4th part is not lie
Only reason player count is not up or down is simple
Cheaters get banned = cheaters create new accounts =cheating starts again
If gaijin published player level changes on monthly basis you would see this as well.
