I am going to get stoned for this but I preferred the EFT over the Rafale since they came out.
I love doing BVR stuff with the Eurofighter. Sure the radar is not amazing but not nearly as bad as you people make it out to be.
I do that daily it’s no big deal
The top 4 jets have always been preference on which one you like best. People like to pretend there are massive differences between them that make it impossible for the 2nd best jet to fight the 1st best jet or whatever but ultimately as long as you are in the top 10 or so of top tier jets you can effectively fight back and win in air RB regardless of matchup. It’s just skill and situation based at that point because all of them are deadly planes.

No. The EF isn’t good. Its handling is great. Its armament is on par with all other jets. And the non-functional radar makes it virtually blind (a bit of an exaggeration) compared to the jets it encounters.
Yes. It’s always been no worse than top 4 and most players (including me) place it 2nd ever since the rafale got its major buffs.

let me rephrase since you’re pedantic, most of the planes are very good with a lot of them being excellent/overpowered. There are a few worse planes like there are in any tree.

for starters i was talking about jets and yeah they’re being pampered by gaijin by not getting a single nerf on the rafale (the patch notes were bug fixes and corrections) and its even more obvious by how the MICA EM behaves ingame (if you get targeted by it at 10km then you are 100% going to die, not even the R-77 at close quarters haves a lock that strong)
pretty much all the top tier jets, i can point out the most the unfair ones being the early hornets, the A-10’s and the premium intruder being unfair as fuck on both air and ground.
yeah no the eurofighter is not even at the top of best performing jets, the BVR is just plain horrible with the radar it gets and the unfair FM “fix” crippled it on what it excelled being an excelent dogfighter and speed demon, also not mentioning the lack of FnF armament and most of its armament being laser guided or GNSS but not a single IR or TV guided weaponry.
Massive skill issues detected is all I can say, it’s always been either #1 meta or #2 meta in air rb depending on time referenced
highly untrue, the meta didnt switch since the F-14 arrieved and the hornets and eagles further reinforces that meta with the unholy missile spam and extremely agile FM
I disagree whole heartedly. I have singificantly more luck with amwrican teammates than i do with russian teammates. Ive had a terribke day playing su30 because my teams were doing jackshit, yet i had a very good day on the fa18c(despite being worse in virtually every way but compression) because my teammates would actually use their brains.
