B-29-BN not having same crew as irl B-29

B-29-BN has 7 crew members instead of 11 real crew members, this should be fixed and the B-29 should have its 11 crew members.

There are many aircraft in the game with an incorrect number of crew members, and all because many of the capabilities of many bombers are not implemented in the game, for example, navigational bombing those who had it, or radars for ground targets. Some bombers even have models of the crew inside, which is not included in the damage model.
