Auto-Gun not firing and ignorance of support for critical problem

I can’t fire anything auto-gun on enemy in ground or in air match,
When I shoot at nothing or teammate the gun work normally, except when I point it at enemy It is not firing at all
this has happened since the latest update, I ve played many years and it never has happened

Each time I created a post the problem get worse, first it only happen in air-vehicle since I got my first french jet.
2 days ago the problem migrate to ground-vehicle as well.

I don’t think this is a bug since it is only happen to me and they keep improving the problem making it better each time I play

It can still be a bug.
The most important file they will want is a screenshot taken using the in-game screenshot function at the moment the bug happens as that sets a marker in the code.

Also just FYI, video helps to see what you’re mentioning.

Your mentioning on the forums here is a bit different to what you’ve said on Reddit, and I’m keen to see what is going on. So much so I’d pull my bearcat out and unlock the mods to see this.

What actual modes are you seeing this in, is AB air included?

Imagine you use a gun spraying at a standing still bottle, you could spray the gun everywhere except when the gun is aim right at the bottle that standing still.
As if the gun has the cognition of its own with a smart safe lock that disable it when aiming at something

If you can’t imagine what I ve said then a video won’t help either

I’m not wanting to imagine anything, I want to see what you deem this bug to be and how it’s occuring.

Just a random thought, have you tried swapping your mouse out?

I actually had a situation where I was having clicks not register, and it turned out it was the mouse and it was happening so infrequently that it was doing my head in… I found it was the cable in the first instance, and swapped out the cable itself, then the switches failed on it.

Whilst it may have even just been the switches all along, I still noticed when the cable was pushed in a certain way that I couldn’t fire anything.

the problem gone when I toggle Window mode in graphic setting, I think gaijin monitoring and taking control of my hardware in fullscreen mode which cause the problem
