No need to single out that one. Bfw Tiger, Tiger Ost, West, H1, VFW. They are all peak when you can park them in a good defensive positions and snipe.
I feel like maginot line is a pretty easy win for the attacking side if they are not braindead.

been playing the event from the last 2 hour and while its fun i feel that that the implementation of it is very rushed and theres a few stuff that makes it pretty not fun.
- Spawn area
this migth be just me but it really doesnt seem fair that the defender spawn point is so far away from the main objective this give the attacking team a massive advantage and they could rush the other area while the defender are still recuperating. - Spawn camping
i still cant believe this is still an issue in the big 26 and the fix could be as simple as limiting the defending tim area of movement so they’re actually force to defend . take note from the mtc equivalent of this
so yeah lock in gaijin and PLEASE make this mode permanent
have they actually banned time travellers from the mode??

Well i mean not braindead is usually the most important part to win. But i had one Maginot game on defense and we completely pummeled the attackers at the second spot.
I take my family to a vacation in the mountains and war thunder finally drops a new game mode. Now I have to extend my vacation when I get home.
one issue I see is that once the attacker spawn moves forward, the enemy team can just leisurely sit IN the new spawn/former cap zone. And in the case of Volokolamsk, this means a bushy village in a crevase full of enemy tanks hiding behind houses and light vehicles on the flanks.
The defenders shouldn’t be allowed to sit in the attacker’s spawn. Especially if that’s the only spawn the attackers have, and they can’t spawn further back(i didnt see another option but the new spawn location)
yeah so this causes a huge issue where the new atacker spawn point gets overwhelmed because the attackers have only one spawn choice. We lost the match i just played because of this. So far the only design flaw i saw.
- Allow the attacker team to have its starting spawn as an optional choice besides the forward spawn, in order to avoid the attackers being spawn camped.
And yet, here we are, using GMT since years :)
