Got my first attacking game as germany… thats like 8 defending for one attacking? Anyway, I had to work hard to get to C on maningot!
After playing with all nations i realized that germany is the better for attack and for defend, angled tiger, pzIV/70 and VFW completely dominates the battle field,not even the m36 is compared to them
The SP requirements should be raised for the HVAP/APHE aircraft belts but other than that I haven’t seen too many games get overran with cas
There are a few gems that shine on the allied side like the long gun arl44, both isu122, and the m36b2 with its heat fs round.
Yep, im trying different tanks from all the nations, tried the ARL rn, really good, but still not compared to the german tanks, im doing really great in the pzIV/70 at long distance wich is almost a impossible thing to destroy
That and the Pz.Bef.Wg.VI P, because it’s not like german tanks already have enough armour! Maybe this is my fault for playing british this event, especially with the TOG II.

Quick suggestions for the devs if they ever read this:
-Attacking team gets too much advantages, there is one point to capture and once it’s captured, its over.
-Some maps have absolutely abysmal layouts, such as Maginot line (you have a completely open field with 0 cover for hundreds of meters to cross to get to the cap)
I suggest putting in the main team spawn at the limit of the map completely, Add temporary spawns that would update as the game progresses, the defending team loses its forward temporary spawns as the attacking team advances, and vice-versa
Add the possibility to mount a counter-attack. After a certain time of a base being captured by the attackers, the defenders can mount a counter-attack and reclaim the objective. They would then get their forward spawns back.
Finally, make the capture time longer, it’s way too quick.
This is nonsense “assymetry” - there is far too much to go wrong with scenario design for it to be any good - immeditately to mind is the maps are not made for it for example. Anotehr is all nations on both sides - even in “realistic”… smh🥸
What it is is just an attack/defend scenario with a small numerical attacker advantage - common as muck out in the rest of the wargaming world
Much better to just allow historic opponents on an accurate map and “cost” equipment by effectiveness - you get 1 Tiger 1 or 10 Sherman II’s…
Porsche tigers need to be banned from this mode.
This is just a suggestion to improve the QOF of this game mode.
-Unlimited lifes for defenders.
-Slower capture speed of the points.
-Dont allow any kind of CAS to deffender team, just deffensive/recon planes for less SP to fight the Attackers CAS, this would be possible by just blocking the acces to weapons capable of eassily destroy tanks like the APHE on yak9 or any kind of bombs/rockets,this planes would be just able to mark the enemies on the map, destroy artillery/AAA with the machine guns wich would be difficult because u are in 1st person.
-Common lifes for everyone in the attacker team (like 250 lifes and if they capture a point they receive +50 reinforcements for the entire team).
-Make planes go 1st person to nerf CAS.
-Make Axis vs Allies (nations like Israel or Sweeden just for mid tier/ top tier unless they let u use the WWII tanks from sub nations).
-Increase SP needed for planes with APHE/Strong CAS.
-Cooldown for tanks (if u use the Tiger for example and u die, u have to select other 2 tanks until u can spawn the tiger again so we avoid things like VFW spam, Tiger P spam,ARL-44 spam).
-More spawnpoints to avoid spawncamp.
-Deffensive bots for the the defenders team (like AT guns and maybe stationary Bot tanks acting as the defenders of the points) i mean, they are already in game and coded so they could put them and HE would be more usefull.
-Make it a 32vs32 game mode.
-Super Units when this game mode gets more BR’s (u get an exact amount of SP and that will allow one player use a super unit like an IS3 or a Maus, there cant be more than one super unit in the battle at the same moment).
-Reduce cooldown of artillery attack (to destroy campers or even to annoy them with a lot of arty so everyone is used to constantly move)
Camping is abit too strong in this gamemode. All it takes is a single Porsche tiger covering the flank to make advancing near impossible for most attacking nations. Feels like something is missing in this mode.
Oh - you mean everyone is using their best 5.7 (top BR) because there’s no point going for anything lower??
