Upper BR Air RB is near totally unplayable. The game mode is fundamentally broken at those BRs but as a minimum stop gap to make it atleast enjoyable Gaijin needs to limit it to 6v6, not next update, IMMEDIATLY.
Anyone who disagrees is the type of player that can only get kills through zero skill third party actions.

6v6 is too little between 10.0-11.3 in my opinion.
I’d limit it as such:
Rank I-III: 16v16
Rank IV-VI: 12v12
Rank VII: 10v10/8v8
Rank VIII: 8v8/6v6

6v6 is way too sparse and I think 8v8 might be a bit too low but I’d be willing to test it. The rest is fine to me number-wise.

I would stop playing the game if it went that arcade.
16v16 is my preference as I prefer to be a cog in the machine than some uber Counter Strike playing arcade competitor.
If you want to beg for 6v6 do it for the arcade mode.

16v16 on a relatively small map totally isn’t just pure arcade chaos. That’s exactly how modern jets are deployed in real life.

I’ve had no issues on Afghanistan with 32 players.
6v6 is by definition arcade; it’s why all arcade games in the world do that setup.
And no, real-life jets are deployed depending on the intensity of the war.
Which can and has included hundreds of aircraft [Gulf War].

All you do is prove the WT playerbase correct.
Most people don’t want to play Counter Strike 2 in the air; that’s why we left World of Warplanes and World of Tanks to begin with.
Both of these games are 15v15 xD
Felt smaller… maybe cause of the maps + spotting design and the Counter Strike game mode that it is.
Vs War Thunder’s absolute galaxy sized maps in comparison with spotting out to km.
Either way I left WoT and arcade games cause I wanted to be a cog in the machine like I was/am with Battlefield 1942 - 2042.
I don’t want to feel important, I don’t want to be forced to be important.
I want to be a cog in my team’s progress and nothing more cause that’s what’s fun.
And clearly it works for most games, especially those that claim to prioritize realism [Squad/HLL], despite my gripes with their arcadey gunplay. Granted, works with BF etc too.

Goldeneye 007 is not a realistic game, and using its gunplay for armpit fire in your own game does not make your game realistic in gunplay either.
And pointing that fact out isn’t provocative.
