i just hope the next event will be a bit more fun, this one feels like a normal event that could have come during the other months of the year aswell.
especially annoying because you cant even play the vehicles without unlocking them before with other vehicles.
so i hope the next event will be something where we can play the special stuff right from the beginning and doesnt feel too much like a random event with vehicles as prizes alot of people wanted to see in the research tree anyway, now they are blocked forever behind an event.

Anyway I would bet in a naval mode with ships and subs with missiles!!!
By 2027 I expect for infantry mode to be already implemented as a normal gamemode.
praying they do a zombies mode like enlisted did a couple years ago.
Genuinely enlisted zombies was at COD 5 levels of peak

This post is very different from my usual. After playing a lot of nuclear thunder (Which I thought was fun) I was wondering what would be a good idea for next years April fools event. I was thinking there could be a kamikaze event featuring the Yokosuka MXY-7 Ohka (WW2 Kamikaze rocket plane). Or there could be a fifth gen fighter event (F-22, SU-57, F-35, etc…). Enough about my ideas, this post is just for sharing your ideas about what ideas or predictions you folks have for next years April fools event.

Whatever they do next year, i hope they listen to player feedback and do not ruin the event like they did with this one

It needs to be something unique and utterly stupid, like ponies or Gaijilla or Wormthunder. Something so out of war thunder it should be its own game. We need some magic and imagination in War Thunder >:)

Mockup tank fighting each other, like on a desk covered by blueprints and small scale models.
Small little tank mockups that never made it to a prototype stage could be neat to see and keep them kinda in their toy esq designs

My opinion: tank parkour. Have a 3d platformer game mode where u collect coins and shoot other people to steal their coins. If u shoot a person with no coins they get one of YOUR coins instead. U then can exchange those coins after each match for rewards such as vehicle coupons, SL, wagers, low amounts of GE, orders, etc
I’ll elaborate down here.
MAP DESIGN Platforms are different sizes and are over an abyss. There should be roughly 200 platforms in total, each with one coin in the middle of the platform, hovering so to reach the coin you just jump. There are no nametags and it’s a giant free for all.
GAMEPLAY each player gets a modified BT tank that has a custom turret on it. The tank is equipped with springy suspension and u can hit the button usually for sniper sight to jump, as you must 3rd person all shots. A jump launches you 25m high and u have limited control of ur jump path after u jump. To shoot others, the rounds have rather poor velocity so it will be hard to aim. For each hit you gain one coin from the enemy u shot and they have no ability to retaliate but also get i-frames for long enough to run away. With 200 total coins the players must race for them early game then PvP later to get more. each match lasts max 25 min
COINS there are 3 tiers of coins, gold, silver, and bronze. Bronze coins can be exchanged for SL, wagers, boosters, and other small things. Silver can be exchanged for GE, WB, pfp’s, and semi-rare items. Gold is for vehicles, coupons, and even items like GE wagers. These vehicles are to be preset by gaijin in certain boxes u can buy, like one that has T-34E, Yak-3(e), and MPK Pr201K. Each country has its own box

Oh hell no. The Swedes still lack a tech tree heavy tank so I refuse any heavy tank that goes to Sweden being anything other than TT

well, isnt this the only in sweden made heavie? I dont know if the ever got some from germany or from russia, but in some way this beast should come into the game
