Because it’s not just about the vehicles. I get to complete tech-trees I wouldn’t otherwise by unlocking the vehicles I wouldn’t otherwise. I have no real interest in using the F-15I, for example. I much prefer using the Ayit. But hey, I can say that I got that grind done. I don’t play Israel in GRB, so I’d still be at square one without the air events. Anyway, that’s all I’m saying on this matter.

I remember wvryone that the last year, the Trailer of the Great War event come out at 11.00.00 UTC, But at the 13.00.00 in CEST/UTC, (this is for Italy) so… I think the trailer maybe come out in 20 min. If they do the same as last year
What he’s saying is that without events, he would simply default to playing his favourite vehicles over and over. Instead, having events for air and naval for example provides an incentive to play areas of the game that you otherwise would not touch. When the event is over, you end up with one new event vehicle… but also with many new and (hopefully) positive experiences in vehicles that you otherwise wouldn’t have spaded out because they were not interesting enough to you on their own.
In other words, external motivation.

But you can use the time to, for example, shave, wash yourself, or do similar things. xD

But why would one even bother if the event reward isnt to his liking? Thats what i cant comprehend. For example, i dont grind naval events as i despice the naval, and i dont like the rewards they give me for naval. But i play some air events as i LIKE THE REWARD they offer, thus i spend time playing air game mode that i dont really like, thus getting some progress in air.
I do believe that if you like the reward of event, you ADDITIONALY will get some farmed techs in some cases. But otherwise?

what if we got a Napoleon War Thunder where we control cannons as tanks and have musket infantry and replace the planes with calvary, that would be intresting.
