Well since they have no radar (which does double duty as warning and targeting) why would they not get rudimentary lead indicators - which they have IRL?
because that would have to be an entirely new feature than the original lead indicators, as it would need to be nerfed from them as they were extremely good and most definitely not rudimentary
also for the most part the actual ww2 spaa didnt really have much, some of the aa guns on ships did have them but it was still uncommon till later in the war
Well it does not need to be exactly the same as arcade targeting.
But WW2 spaa such as wirbelwind used a separate sighting system for air targets - called the flakvisier 40 (electrical devices which used batteries to adjust the sights in order to help the gunners aim).
In-game the wirbelwind only has the ground-target sights which are not appropriate for shooting at CAS.
The flakvisier 40 would have definitely been more useful than just plain ground sights, and something like it needs to be implemented into RGB. Relying solely on “eyeballing it” with tracer rounds that give away locations is not reasonable.
