smaller maps for less altitude or spawning fighters to go after them, germans used flak time fuze for this and bombs can be destroyed with cannons in war thunder too its harder obviously but its def more possible to intercept these bombs in the ground with cannons when these have delayed explosion

Right. So this is just making a game that is total hell to play a bomber.
There simply is not a way to make ww2 spaa viable outside of blocking planes from climbing higher than 2km and putting them in a fish barrel above the spaa.
ah yes top air is not trash enough i want to more missiles on my rwr/more mcm, also wtf is this take “planes are allowed in ground so we should ruin an air only gamemode with ground” …?

Let them drive and shoot howitzers and bleed tickets. So planes must come to engage. Simple as?

Plane balance differ by BRs. In lower tier ns45 shoots everyone but in 7-11.3 BRs there’s usually no planes flying, leading to ppl not spawning already op spaa, so that whenever there spawns plane he can kill before a newly respawned spaa can wipe him out.

you guys are just scared of change, if there is NPC AA in that mode why couldnt a person just play that role instead of having an NPC? i dont see you guys crying for the AA bots yet these are there already
if tanks must face aircraft in ground battle then it should be the other way around too whats the problem with that?

Because the NPC sucks and doesn’t change the game, it’s only good at the airfield. Adding players would ruin it since maps aren’t big enough for top tier spaa such as the pantsir SM/SV, not to mention they would be able to move so no one can go 5 seconds without being pinged by a missile

Nobody is scared of it. Just dont see how you would get enough players to choose to play that role in anything outside of missile tier.
Also good luck getting gaijin to remake the maps so player vehicles can drive

Have you got any experience playing air? Perticularly Air Sim? and did you play the recent Nuclear Thunder event?
For me playing a plane, i legit dont care if you want to sit there in your m42. I have like 99.9% of the map where i can fly and you wouldnt be a threat.
They have zero games in sim and maybe around 350 realistic matches in general.
Zero realistic plane matches and maybe 40 arcade plane matches.
Bro has like half of his total matches in the 15cm pz w.42 which is interesting.
