On one hand, you have Gaijin who simply ignores that the gamemode exists, and on another hand, you have PvP purist players who, in their eternal crying, made rewards so bad that a lot of people don’t bother with the gamemode anymore (and they continue to double down by wanting to make Airfield bombing simply impossible).
It’s all just a shame really. I can kind of understand why Gaijin wouldn’t want to put in the work into updating it as the player count is so low that any efforts would likely yield better results elsewhere, but still…
I just find it funny how even with the current state of Sim, there’s still elitist players who will try to alienate others by complaining about “farming”, making suggestions that would make PvE elements even worse and driving more players away.
Thankfully Nuclear Thunder shares a lot of gameplay elements, and as soon as it comes out, I personally will simply drop this limbo of a gamemode.
