Air RB and the economy of users

I think that Air RB can be one of the biggest SL drainers, in difference to ground RB where you get multiple spawns meaning that if you die at the first try without getting a kill one gets a second opportunity and try to avoid a negative SL game.
In Air RB one only gets one chance to even get a kill and cover the repair, this makes AirRB a very punishing gamemode even accounting for the complicating concepts and tactics of air combat.
What? You didn’t manage to kill someone with your bf-109-G2 trop after losing that long duel?, boom lose 5000 SL
So do you agree with this and if so what changes would you make?
my personal change would be separate repair cost for ground RB and AirRB or a spawnpoints system with this one being the hardest to implement since all lineups would be 100% fighters

Air RB = Lots of RP
Ground RB = Lots of SL

Pretty well agree with the post before:

Air RB has become air grinding ground for other modes. But the money is earned in the other modes.

If you have zero pilot skills & fly a non-premium aircraft and die in infinite loops: Yes.

But: Before the player riot in 2023 the situation was much worse. Depending on your aircraft you needed 2-3 kills to cover own repair cost.

The basic principle of the “one-life, one death” approach is to enforce learning. Respawns in Air RB would transfer various Ground RB problems into Air RB.

The sheer possibility of multiple respawns would allow players to repeat the same mistakes over and over again - in the same match. So multiple options to respawn do not imply that players would be able (or willing) to learn.

The concept of SP in Ground RB is centered around the possibility to earn SP in order to spawn a power-up (aka as CAS) and has nothing in common with Air RB.

Btw: Air RB is no rocket science. With some experience (check Academy section) and the willingness to learn it is rather easy until you reach ranks which kill you with sensory overload.

I believe of all the modes in the game ARB is one of the fastest SL gains.

Repair cost have been changed. If you struggle to kill players, you should look into attacking the ground.

A spawn point system in ARB would just be a more complicated arcade. Reinforcing bad players to not improve.

That is the reason why air RB has perhaps the best RP rewards of all the random modes: No respawn and initial takeoff phase.
