In what world does a more modern missile thats designed for better HOBS than the previous missile get a lower max fin AOA there’s no way you can claim that it should be that way other than just nerfing western missiles for no reason, and for perspective the R77 has nearly 2x the max fin AOA than all of the AIM-120s
