Maybe my perception is wrong…
Some updates ago they increased the time of max G before wingbreaking and it feeled not like this but more than decreased turnrate (barely reached 12G) so you never came to the spot of wingrip.
Now with firebirds:
" The speed of wing stress accumulation has been increased, which decreased the time during which the wing could continuously resist overloads higher than the maximum allowed one without breaking."
And guess what, Ayit can pull 13G instantaneously again.
Edit
Especially for those who can’t believe:
/Edit
I would have been totaly satisfied if the Ayit could pull more G forces, but apparently it can’t ecen pull 8 Gs now and breaks randomally and for no reason even at 5.
Maybe you should fly without gunpod…:-D
Why do you blame the gunpod?
This isn’t related to the A4N but it is related to Wing Stress Level.
Right now it is just a mess. You have so many aircraft with Legacy-era Wing Stress for example the PBY Catalinas you need to be real damn careful with it so it doesn’t break like a graham cracker.
Just FYI the more mass the wing has teh more force is exerted on it at any given G level - F-Ma - G = 9.8m/s/s acceleration, so if you add mass you add F.
Whether Gaijin works like that I have no idea…
It’s not blaming, and it’s not the gunpod. It’s you complaining about the poor performance but putting a gunpod on to your plane which makes the performance even poorer.
Especially a gunpod is the worst you can carry, because you can’t drop them.
To make it clearer:
I don’t understand, or for me it makes no sense, why a parameter “wing stress accumulation” has any effect on the parameter how many G a plane is able to pull.
For me Wing stress accumulation only describes how many G the wings withstand how long.
