Tbh its just Chinese opsec, not really much can be done.
They’re trying as much as they can but unfortunately not much to go off of.

On more serious note I only ever saw evidence of one rafale being shot down (serial number) and J10C was only effector, the guidance was done by pakistani AWACS that fed data through datalink
I remember there’s more than just the Rafale; there are also the Sukhoi Su-30MKI and the Mikoyan MiG-29.
I believe large part of that was the Chinese early warning radar that Pakistan uses, the J-10s just shot off the missiles and the radar guided them in.
Not really indicative of how they would preform on equal footing.
