Well, we have a perfect solution: set most of the 13.0+ aircraft to new weights and try not to change the existing GRB. Instead, provide a separate higher BR when players choose to carry 13.0+ aircraft. Of course, for weaker aircraft such as av8b+, or the few aircraft within +/- 1.0 BR, or when fox3 overlaps with ATG weapons, it may still keep 12.7 GRB.
