There is something wrong with the A-10A it becomes unresponsive after a little bit of damage. For instance, the other day I was just messing around in test flight while I was switching up some hotkeys and I shot an ATGM at a tank pretty low but not really low that I should have taken damage but surprise to me I got hit with a little bit of shrapnel and it damage all of the avionics in the plane, the plane showed zero damage on the outside and even holding O and checking the damage it showed all white except the lines around the plane all of those were red. How is it that the plane skin didn’t even show damage but yet it cut every single line in the plane? I was like 100 meters away from this thing when it went off and it’s only a 250lbs Air to ground missile. I have also been shot by one normal bullet not even a cannon round and had that happen a bunch of times now. Don’t need a missile to kill the A-10 just a single normal bullet is enough if you shoot it in the tail will disable the entire plane most of the time. I really think this needs to be looked into because it’s very unrealistic and really sucks when I know deep down in my soul that this thing should still be flying but the game is telling me it can’t because a little piece of shrapnel, or 12.7 bullet hit my tail.
Would those lines around the plane happen to be hydraulics?
This is the only thing I can hink of, is that some shrapnel pierced the bottom of your aircraft, not doing really any damage but hit the hydraulics and killed them
I Don’t know would they be? Does it matter? What does matter is that they take damage far to easily.
Could you post a clip or screenshot of the next tie. this happens? It would be much easier to diagnose that way.
Diagnose? what are you even talking about. The entire plane shuts down like a helicopter when it takes damage no other plane has that problem unless you are a person who works for Gaijin there is nothing you can do about it.
they are the hydraulics of the aircraft, and gaijin haven’t modeled the redundant hydraulic lines or the manual lines something stuff like the A-10s and F-105s should have but don’t

pretty uncool to charge 60 dollars and not tell people it’s not designed correctly
its not a just one aircraft thing, its all across war thunder its like that, so they would have no reason to mention it as its not a function on any other vehicle in game
I’m talking about seeing if the hydraulics are getting damaged. Please take a clip or screenshot of what the damage looks like if it happens again so we can see if it’s the hydraulics being damaged or if somethin funky is going on with the flight model. It could be either or.
