7.0 as a BR does not exist

They say they have more than 2000 vehicles in the publicity. What they don’t say is that 1000 are copies and another 500 are unplayable because of the MM. You hold on or you play the goal of the moment. There is no other choice.

It’s a shame but 8.7 and 9.3 is the same … perpetually sucked upwards. Very boring.

Tbf that’s all early jets. The F-84B and G do not need an airspawn at all, simply because it allows them to be atleast 3km above everyone else by the time the match starts. They’re also incredibly fast, and they can just run away from most jets.

More proof that the tier system doesn’t work and game doesn’t have as many players as it claims.Either that or players are leaving now.

MM works fine.

If 7.0 doesn’t exist then when queuing 6.0 and entering a full uptier why is it there are eight 7.0s in the match?

Because not everyone gets uptiered in a match 👍

Uptiers are generally fine, players just really suck.

What sucks is that the system puts you 80% in uptier. In certain BR.
You guys don’t want to hear it, people complain about FREQUENCY.

And the main reason for MM is to FRUSTRATE YOU.

That makes money.

No, it is because of numbers.

4 are top, rest are lower, most are going to be -1 or -0.7.

So more chance you fill in.

Game does not record your position so next match back to the random chance; more likely not top BR. Population queuing effects overall chance.

Only 4 per team means equality across teams, top 4 are not guaranteed the “best” and most people will be facing same BR vehicles due to limit of top BR numbers.

Etc.

Sounds like the company’s message. I know how MM is doing after 13 years.
Only 4 +1BR 80% of the time if you add going stock for example. My chance according to you has to be that I am better, right?
Playing with handicap all the time you can understand that for many people it is not pleasant ?
Many problems have been created by them, most premiun vehicles are in the same BRs, creating black holes in the MM. They don’t care if it’s nice because they live on FRUSTRATING YOU.
I understand that the occasional unpopular BR suffers a bit but in this game it’s more common than usual.

I have learned to live with the miseries of the F2P model because I like the game.

No, just looking at the facts we have and some logic.

Apparently not.

No, four are at top per team in a match 100% of the time. If you mean your chances then it is as described, “Random”. You have more overall “chance” being in uptiers, yes, as no limited slots, but entirely possible to many downtiers just by “luck”, or choosing best matches (easy with all nations active and patience).

What handicap? Most enemies you face are not +1. Bottom BR in a match =/= impossible to be best contributor.

If I can keep a (slightly) positive KD in a 3.0 never used at 3.0 but instead 4.7-8.0 as a collector type player (I spade all regardless) then uptier =/= suffering.

And in RBGF you have planes which allow for support via CAS/CAP, as ONE other example of what one can do if feeling weak then even LESS an issue as you can always contribute and gain RP/SL/Score/Tasks.

Uptier =/= gloom and doom. Pain in the bud sometimes sure.

To question I know or I don’t know. Maybe you should reach 50% winrate in 30k games.
It is clear that what you talk about you do not put into practice.

I’ll ignore your ad hominen rubbish. If you cannot discuss civilly then I concede you are wrong.

Edit: as you are a non-RB player (157 matches!?) I assume your experience is too slim to pay any attention to. 👍

all of those are in the same br bracket as whatever your using.

My Dorito has like 2 kills with 20 deaths, that’s 0.1 KDR so I don’t wanna live on this planet anymore.

kid: I’m tired of this grandpa
Grandpa: WelL ThAts tO DaMn BaD!

I made a mistake thinking I can play it just because it looks cool, this thing isn’t like anything else I’ve played, I would still have better KDR going head-on against fighters in my strike aircraft, but this Dorito… It feels like I was playing a tank without stabilizer but fighting against enemy tanks that is fully stabilized, that’s how awkward it is to aim, and my 200 pings doesn’t help the situation.

you talking about the a-4e or something else?

No. It was the ho-229

I have 10k games in Arcade and 800 in Realistic. I don’t know where you learned math but it’s pitiful.

I think enough to get an idea of how this business works. Besides I know the mm of the competition.

It could be fairer but they don’t care, all that’s left is to try to take advantage of the system and suffer it as little as possible.

It’s possibly here:

Again, you don’t understand RB and the way certain vehicles are still fine in uptiers. Your “800” or similar tiny number is obviously not enough.

You need to actually discuss and not revert to personal attacks. I accept your acknowledgement of you being incorrect in your comments.

So many options in uptiers, so little an issue overall (worse of course in RB Air due to singular vehicle lineups depending on individual planes, compared to Ground).

Uptiers =/= doom and gloom. Just a poor excuse and poor mentality most the time.

Edit: my mistake, was in part conflating GF with AF situation. It is harsh for stock 7.0 props if you hit full uptiers as I used PvE to quickly spade before use, though that example was the Spit 24 and so now 6.7 anyway so mo more 8.0s.

Still, based on population and queuing MM is just random.

While this is true, whether some thing is in the same BR bracket as something else is not grounds to say it’s genuinely feasible to play against. The F-84B, for example, has no counterplay against the F-84G. The Thunderjet and Shooting Star both generally fall short of the MiG-15 in terms of sustained turn performance, climb rate, and TWR (and their real life performance reflected this - hell, one of the loading screens in-game memorializes the fact that even the later variant F-84s would generally be MiG fodder) - and that’s not to say they should be better, but in an ideal world, I should not be seeing MiG-15s every match because it’s simply not fun to meet something you can’t outclimb to BnZ, can’t out-turn because it turns better, and can’t energy fight against because it has the better TWR and maintains its energy better. The MiG-15 was not placed in its BR bracket because Gaijin critically evaluated how it would play against each other jet in the same BR (If Gaijin went ahead and picked BRs based on the plane, we wouldn’t have things like Zero syndrome) - it was placed there because it evened out player statistics for the MiG-15.

Maybe it’d be better with teamplay, but this is War Thunder. You will not be thatch weaving with your auto-assigned squadmate. You are alone unless you bring a friend and I don’t know anyone else willing to waste SL with me in such a match.

The BR system has failed to balance matches completely and make certain aircraft fun to play in air RB. Whether a system that does this is even possible for a game with such a large amount of aircraft, I don’t know, but at the moment 7.0 aircraft seem to suffer the most from the BR system’s failures.
