Nobody should care about what skills to be used here, as long as we all agree that balanced of vehicles should be based on the same skill level, for stats simply shows Skill Requirements
8.x missile carriers
Looking on early helis at 8.3 swinging SS.11s (3.5km) at Gepards, that perform WORSE (according to stats) than 9.7 AH-1 which swing I-TOW (3.65km) at Gepard 1A2 (Stingers) and Roland 1 (roland 3 missile)… makes me wonder if the same skill level is taken into account.
Well, what do you expect to happen in a game where the biggest problem is the incredibly stupid damage model? As long as the devs are obsessed with maintaining this garbage, unrealistic, and completely unbalanced damage model, the game will stay this way.
These 9.7s are far less accessible than gepards and reserve helis so Yes there’s skill difference, but No it doesn’t have much impact on 8.x comparisons for both sides are easy enough to access, and way too easy compared to 9.7s. We are not stating that ss11 swinging is not doable anyways, nor that 9.7 gameplay is easy.

In case you don’t understand the goal of this statement, SPAA deaths doesn’t separate deaths to tanks and planes. For both cannoned and non-cannoned. Leading to a better analysis on SPAA performance by stats.
It really doesn’t as statshark doesn’t work only on Your data or 100 users but much more.
It is all good but again it is an assumption. As long as we don’t have data divided by what vehiles die for things we say are only assumptions. Might be correct, might not.
It leads to worse analysis of SPAA as the role of SPAA is to fight the air and without knowing if SPAA is good at fighting planes You are unable to properly balance it out.
Wasn’t volumetric added in 2020? When I check vehicle statcards on statshark it goes only to 2025.
