I still see it and it still claps tanks at 11.7.
So put it at 11.0.

Push 2S38 to 11.0.
There’s no reason to push Begleit to 10.0, Strf 9040C to 10.7, 2S38 to 11.0, and HSTVL to 12.0.
I get that HSTVL and its brethren annoy you in matches, but that’s no reason to up-BR them.
HSTV-L legitimately has been nerfed already, so it doesn’t need a restructuring of BR.
2S38 has overperformed and performs the same still at 11.7 just like 10.0.
There are no nerfs to HSTVL.
2S38 performs far worse at 11.7 than 10.3 where it should be.
2S38 is literally just a Soviet Strf 9040C with more pen.
Not really, i’ve been playing for a long time.
i just prefer to use KE, APDS on Leo 1 one was always good enough for me.
Then lets bring up some stats from the last month. Am i missing where it’s so OP ?

Take a long look at how many battles played are in those various vehicles.
The M1 KVT is literally playing with 3k LESS battles. The only one that has a higher play count is the Leopard 2 123, which has been repeatedly shown to be one of the best performing premiums bar none, and is also brought up to top tier play repeatedly because it can perform as well as it does with a proper player behind its controls.
The 2S38 doesn’t need to have a high KDR in order to be effective, it can disable tanks and allow others the opportunity to take kills for themselves.
So I suppose if you want to do 1 for 1 examples, you can convince yourself that it’s not an effective fighter, but in my experience it’s hardly so.

So what, the stats are not going to dramaticly change after 7000 battles already played. Maybe for the Vilkas and Challenger with only a 1000, yes.
So Leo2pzbtl need to go 11.0 now ?
Every tank can disable tanks, how is this a reference for something beeing op ?
I also bring my Rooikat to top tier because of a lack of alternatives and can cripple/kill tanks with it. Should it also go 11.0 ?

You can use whatever statistics source you like - comparing the win rates and kill/death ratio of MBTs and a light tank/spaa at the same BR is pretty silly.
Why ? People in here are claiming 2S38 is clapping every tank, including MBT’s, left and right.
Which according to the stats clearly is not true.
I would have included more light premium vehicles, but there are none or at least no stats available. But even compared to the wolfpack you see a trend.

comparing a light tank with an MBT is not fair; as plain and simple as that, The 2S38 has a cannon most similar to that of the HSTVL, with more capacities but less pen. Still, it has been noticeable that the penetration hasnt really affected killing anything at its br bracket or above due to it being capable of penetrating MBT’s breaches with no issues, as well as having pretty good survivability for a light tank, especially in the Russian tech tree. The vehicle has an incredibly good mix of traits that make it too overpowered for a lot of stuff at 9.0 to fight it and even stuff at 11.0 have some complications with it, i’d say it should be upgraded to 10.7 but not 11.0 At least it would avoid fighting MBT’s that can be easily killed without effort, such as the Leopard A1A1’s or M60’s

I can’t compare it to other light premiums, as there are simply no available. Except wolfpack, which the stats are pretty similar to.
I don’t think it has. People who say that most of the time just don’t shoot in in the front, where the crew sits, hence it’s a skill issue.

People don’t uptier the wolfpack like they do with the 2s38. At least I don’t. Whereas the 2s38 is the best light tank Russia gets.
I disagree, 2S25M is better for high tier with it’s new 3BM60. We don’t talk about how it also sits at 10.0 though lol.
You just can’t kill MBT’s fast enough in high tier with 2S38, especially since spall liners.

Sure, but the 2S38 also doubles up as one of the best gun SPAA in the game with the IRST and HE-VT. I definitely see much more 2S38s than 2S25Ms at 11.7+
