IMO its a better OTOMATIC, has more APFSDS, lower profile, light weight, faster fire rate. lol
and 10.0 instead of 11.3.

Not to mention it has IRST, which works better than the OTO’s radar system, because it can’t be Chaffed and RWR doesn’t pick up IRST locks.

The CV 9040 model’s B & C, as well as the LVKV variant, all have an “optional” LWS, and an “Auto-Track/Point” system that slews the turret over to the direction it receives the beam. They also all have a IRST gunner sight. I currently don’t have any of these, but I’m on my way to unlocking the LvKv 9040C.
You’re use to that lower HP/T if you play Begleit or 2S38 though.

Not only is KDR not the best metric for performance in all vehicle types, but using a sample size of one individual isn’t particularly clever to judge efficacy. That is basic knowledge of statistics.
Never said one player was.
In order to compare multiple players you need a KDR disparity number, which you get after looking at one profile and getting their average KDR disparity of the like-stuff.
Just so we are aware, the OTO is Ka-band radar, which I am fairly confident cannot be picked up by most RWR systems (Most RWR in game searches for G band, K band or X band IIRC- their may be some others I am forgetting but those are the main ones).
But yeah its on par with the OTO.

The wavelength cannot be picked up by most RWR or all RWR in game, essentially. So it CAN be chaffed, but the pilot won’t know they are locked on like IRT/IRST.

Nah, those are good where they sit.
Maus is penetrating well and good armoured it tanks even some of the early ATGMs.
Would you prefer to face MAUS while in 76mm Jumbo I don’t think so.
M103 has relatively weak armour compared to surrounding vehicles and quite long reload for a not good pen.
Conqueror on the other hand is, it basically has more armour than T32E1, more Pen, Commander FCS, Same reload, with two plane stabilizers. I don’t think it should go down in BR and has over 500mm of pen. Yea I know APDS acts like stupid sometimes but 80% of the time, it one shots (Except T54s, it non-pens the turret somehow).

I am not talking about weak spots, I am talking about general armour. I tanked like 12 shots in a battle and died to flakpanzer 341 with shot to my commander turret. I know this fact.
But in T32E1, I mostly die to 3rd shot frontally. it cannot hold even the MAUS’s bullet, while Conqueror can bounce or deflects the rounds from even the T55 APDSs.

The 2S38 can perform just as effectively at 11.0 as it can at 10.0, it just won’t be able to curb stomp early cold war MBTs which weren’t developed when composite armor was a thing.
Gaijin will never raise the 2S38’s BR as it would discourage sales.
The Maus, Conqueror and M103 can perform decently well enough at 7.7.
Perhaps a reload buff to the Conqueror and M103 would be in order, though.
And the Maus has had its internal armor severely nerfed - making it unrealistically susceptible to overpressure (it is easier to kill a Maus with overpressure than it is to kill a Tiger 2 H right now.), so that should obviously be reverted.
Something like an IS-4M has far worse gun handling and a far worse cannon (and far worse survivability compared to an un-nerfed Maus) so it is obviously quite overtiered as it’s the same BR.

BILL yeah maybe because of the missiles but at the same time that thing will die to MGs and the launcher is rather easy to destroy because of it’s size
Lvkv9040C not so much, it’s kinda meh as an SPAA with it’s limited range and the HE-VT kinda gets pricey if you just go full auto with it, it’s better as a Strf9040C back-up without the good shell
