explain how a single round loader in this case leclerc or type 90/10 choose which round they fire then it gets loaded, something that IS NOT possible with the 2s38 because of single belt like feeding mechanism :)
do they unload the entire feed mechanism and restock it with the shell they want to fire ?
there is a reason that most tanks with a auto cannon have double feed mechanism, so they CAN CHOOSE what they fire.
I’m still waiting for them to implement dual feeding for the Bradley since the ballistics of the AP and HE rounds are so different at range.

2S38 doesn’t use belted ammo.
The ammo position is known to the computer system either manually or via sensors, and that info is used for combat.
Leclerc, Type 10, T-90, etc, despite having a single feed point, allows for multiple ammo choices that are programmed into its FCS.
Belted ammo or clip/mag fed you need multiple feed points.
And there are hundreds of vehicles which I don’t play and don’t comment on, and I’m doing just fine.
If everyone stopped commenting on vehicles they’d never played, 90% of all falsehoods being spread would disappear. It’s the main cause for so much bad information around.
I get the feeling you didn’t pay attention to the other person asking for someone to literally be banned because he hadn’t played enough games in a vehicle yet.

Yes increase BR so i will be taking KA-50 into every single match and nuking your tanks from orbit as a thank you for killing my 10.0 lineup. Will you be happy then?
2S38 is only a problem if you are an idiot that exposes your sides to the enemy and it happens way too often on more open maps people are so careless and drive without using binos all around them. In city maps 2S38 dies instantly to the enemies due lack of mobility.
Even if you move it to 11.7 it will still be great against rushers but will be even more useless against frontal encounters vs mbts.
People are so bad that this game that doesn’t even carry a few HEATFS/HE/HESH shells to destroy 2S38 in a single hit.

Cause the OTOMATIC fires a superior round and players keep doing well with it.
OTOMATIC’s round is not as weak as 2S38’s.
The Otomatic has access to an APFSDS round sporting 311 penetration.
The 2S38 has access to an APFSDS round sporting 225 penetration.
Neither are full caliber so spalling is a matter of volume of fire.
The 2S38 can take a full belt of this round, the OTOMATIC is limited to 13 rounds of APFSDS.
Comparing these two vehicle’s offensive capabilities on the ground is asinine.

Imagine deathmachine 2S38 and the anemic Boxer MGS share the same BR of 10.3…

The 2S38 shares the same BR as the PUMA while outperforming the PUMA in I’m pretty sure every metric. Better SPAA, better pen, and better post pen damage. Neither vehicles are survivable, they are light tanks, especially after the modules change. Difference is that the 2S38 has a high chance of disabling any MBT from the front with even one shot and definitely 2-3 shots and afterwards can kill any MBT that is sitting there disabled.

Puma is faster and more armored.
2S38 has a vastly superior round.
Now, whether that reality warrants same BR IDK, all I know is Puma’s in a 10.3/10.7 lineup irrelevant of its BR being 10.0 or 10.3.
