Btw on the topic itself, cant comment on 2S38 at its BR of whatever it currently is, I use it in top tier and its actually fine there. Yes it is sort of a situational tank but so are all vehicles really! You can have the best game ever in lets say a BVM one battle and vaporized the next battle. Luck of the draw I guess. But yeah 2S38 in top tier is fine
