2S38 should at min 10.7 - 11.3
Playing as German main at 9.3 you see a lot of 2S38 in your Begleitpanzer and Leo 1A5. Kind fun to play against a small, fast vehicle with lrf, gen 2-3 thermals, 57 mm auto cannonen with 225 mm pen…
2S38 is undertiered a lot.
Go buy another Russian premium and cope harder with the fact your tank is overpowered.

generally the entire 10.0 russian lineup is too op to be there
the 50 cal mgs can destroy it frontaly, all those ppl crying are just russian haters. Only good thing about it is the gun and the thermals, rest is way worse than any light tank of its br, the penetration of its round means nothing, any light tank with autogun can destroy any tank at br. 10, even lower br7 vehicles.

I legit said this somewhere: There is no way in hell they nerf it (modeling its internals) without giving some crazy side buff. Also btw its fuel tank is now external also, so it will blackhole shells without exploding every now and then
