I will let you think on that for a moment possibly take the time to look at the 2S38 in the game under x-ray.
T-90M would only be present in a Russia / Russia match up which isn’t very common at 11.7 as it is at 10.0 due to the Premium black hole.
You should still be able to penetrate its LFP unless it has some strange armor values I’m unaware of.
The 2A7 and the Swedish variants of it are the only vehicles you can’t penetrate frontally. You can still disable their turret ring / barrel / breech and with enough shots through the breech kill 1-3 crew members although it’s more efficient to flank if possible.

i can attest you that 2S25M is the only br 10.0 afv that can penetrate any high br mbt but it is still had 50/50 chance against Leo 2A7 variant.
and that thing uses 125mm with 580mm 3BM60 im not sure which sources you pulled out that telling you 57mm apfsds 3UBM22 with penetration value of 225mm can penetrate Leopard 2A7 frontally

10.3 is not a BR change fitting a modern vehicle with such utility that is able to frontally penetrate any MBT it comes across.
Even at 11.7 this would still be the case. Only the sweden Leopards and the 2A7 have the hull armor to withstand fire from the 2S38.
usual lie from Vamilad, there is a lot of mbt capable of stopping 2s38. the only problem is skill issue

No where did I state a condition of “stopping”.
By your asinine condition for balancing a Sd.Kfz.222 could be considered balanced against the 2S38 due to its ability to “stop” the 2S38 by shooting it in the rear.
My statement was that only the Leopard 2A7 variant and the Swedish 2A5 upgraded variants contain hull armor which the 2S38 will struggle to penetrate. This has nothing to do with the MBT’s firepower, rather their armor protection. Obviously if an MBT has the ability to fire first it is more likely to destroy the 2S38, this is logical.
The issue becomes when a 2S38 can engage 3+ MBTs in a short period of time effectively frontally without struggling to finish off a target. Imagine a Bradley at 3.0 being able to penetrate any tank it comes against frontally with its auto cannon. Yes the other tanks could penetrate its light armor but that doesn’t mean it would be balanced after being placed there.
nope and no, any mbt can stop 2s38 225mm apfs. if you cant that is your skill issue simple as that
