Cause right now VCC-80/60 should be 9.3 - 9.7, and 2S38 should be 10.3. Minor changes in the grand scheme of things.
I’m at some point going to compare the auto-lights to standard IFVs and see if there’s a major difference, for now I lack proof that auto-lights are universally under-BR’d compared to IFVs.

plus 23 power-to-weight ratio. in case you haven’t noticed, hstv-l’s is above 30. if you cannot flank with hstv-l then it’s your problem. 2S38 is good, but not devastating. When it comes to me, the only reason I agree a br change for 2S38 is stopping those stupid Russian kids from buying 2S38 and ruining USSR 10.x game experience.
Does anybody here actually have the 2s38? If so, it would help a lot for me making a short clip to prove that you can ammo rack the ready rack.

i always get confused why you’re arguing about american vehicles while you main China which lack alot of things too, if alot of US mains claim that their top tier light tank is lacking then it’s true, it requires different kind of shell, or lower its BR, i don’t know why all this mess about a single idea and a really simple one.

I just never face them hulled down enough to get those kinds of shots. I wpuld alsp say it is less an issue of your round bouncing and more of missing the ammo and doing nothing
I literally don’t even know what you’re saying or how it’s related to someone saying (or implying in this case) that the only IFV that can kill tanks frontally around ~10.0 BR is the 2S38. Which is insane.
The only ammo which consistently penetrates is the CV’s and the 2S38’s. Against Russian tanks only the 2S38 has enough penetration to consistently penetrate, and with its shell being the larger it has the most effective post pen damage. Couple this with a crew less turret and rapid fire the 2S38 is the king of auto cannons.
…And the ones that don’t have ammo which consistently penetrates (I don’t have any trouble using the 102mm penetrating APFSDS on the QN506 and ZBD04A btw, but they also have missiles on top) - have missiles.
The BILL even has the best top-down missile in the game, along with the gun.
Light tanks are literally built for flanking in the first place.
War Thunder’s game and map design discourage the effective use of TOW missiles.
