the high level plane require chaff as the default modification, because player who dont have chaff couldnt defense the missiles which from Upper air, even though they’re in multipath effect

There are two ways to defend against it though, either climb; or multipath. When you climb, just stay perpendicular to the missile and notch it, generally speaking, at higher altitudes the missiles struggle to maneuver because of the thin air.
It should be stock at rank 7 and 8, you can still face ARH missiles and other good radar missiles at those ranks.
Yeah, should be stock these days. No reason for it to not be.
That being said, Tornado Gr4 gets 1200 large calibre chaff stock. Rather funny 😜

Gonna be honest, hate me if you must:
I don’t have a problem with this really. I’ve played plenty of matches with top tier stock aircraft, and I usually unlock this in a match or two. However even without chaff I’m hardly suffering. I just stay low to the deck and abuse multipathing and I’m pretty much fine. However I would like this to be available in the future, in the same way stock APFSDS and a repair/fpe function hav been added for ground vehicles.
