10.0-11.0 NE SPAA are just too much

Like the title says, the discrepancies of SPAA between the 1970s bracket and the 1980s bracket is astonishing, especially regarding CIWS SPAA like the M163/Gepard and Shilka. in the 80s bracket the Gepard 1A2 and the ZSU 23-4M4 are pretty sleepy and the only kills they get is by using their IR missiles, while their interception rate can be defeated easily.

in the 70s bracket i basically see 70% of the killfeed flooded by either the M163 or the base Shilka destroying everything, from jets to munitions. They have around 50 % of interception efficiency which is 13.0+ level of insanity, especially considering in the 10.0-11.0 bracket very few munitions are guided and they’re not all perfect.

Like,am i supposed to believe that SPAAs with extremely basic radars (and for the M163,a 1.8km tracking radar with a whopping 2° of coverage) are able to defeat multiple munitions thrown at them, while their modern counterparts are failing to do so? Moreover, they are able to track you through trees, didn’t know the Shilka has a 30 MW radar capable of physically piercing soft materials and see thru them!
