This SPAA is way over tiered.
9.3 is almost always an uptier that results in every other SPAA on the map being better than you in every aspect.
The IGLAS on this ZSU are not good for 9.3 and should either be replaced, removed, or reworked. With the current IGLAS they don’t do any significant damage to warrant using them.

There’s no other SPAA with missiles lower than battle rating 9.3, ZSU-23-4M2 shouldn’t be different, the 9M39 is a very effective missile to be honest.

IGLAS are some of the better MANPADS at the moment, with stingers pretty nerfed.
But most Stinger slingers are actually at 10.0. So 9.7 is more than reasonable for it at the moment. To move down, so would a lot of other SPAAs (and given that quite a few aircraft at or below 9.7 have no CMs at all, this could be very OP)

You have amazing Manpads as a relatively low BR. Perhaps before ammo boxes were introduced I may have agreed on a change through decompression, but now it’s perfectly fine where it’s at. An argument could even be made for raising its BR.

Uh… Also… Its already at 9.3… I thought it was 9.7
Which is imo, too low. So change my answer, it needs to be increased from 9.3 to 9.7 to be on par with the Gepard and ozelot

Hmmmmm… Maybe If Stingers… worked correctly.
But a tad annoying the ZSU and co are 9.3/9.7 and things like the Stormer AD are 10.0.
Pure missile count I dont think should have THAT big of an impact. Especially with ammo crates now a thing

I would quite confidently argue that IGLAs are better than Stingers at the moment.
So if anything, their BRs should be reversed. At best they should be the same BR.

Stormer does have a far better chasis, better search radar and thermals.
Like I agree that the Stormer AD should be 9.7 instead of 10.0, but I would still put it a class above the Machbet and 23-4M4.
EDIT: Gepard is a lot more reliable at long range than the Shilka will ever be. Call me crazy but I prefer Stingers over Iglas.
What kind of “In par do you mean”? Artificially adding a 800 Hp engine to it? Moving it to battle rating 9.7 would be useless since the Strela-10M2 still very effective as a short range SPAA, except it doesn’t have auto cannons.
ZSU-23-4M4 is perfectly balanced at 9.3.
There are zero CAS at 9.3 that can exceed 4M4’s range and be immune.
The Gepard a2 is at 9.7 because it gets a better ammo for its auto cannons.

no shilka in the game is overtiered, at all. they all need to go up by a BR notch
9M39 isn’t better than 92K.
Gepard is a much better platform than Shilka on it’s own, so those two sharing the same BR makes no sense.

No they don’t. They’re the same BR as their equals in other tech trees.
Moving them up would only make CAS OP again.
