Does anyone else think the Mi-35P is weird for Japan?
I think that M-55S for RU and Mi-35P for JP are placeholder designations and that M-55S and Mi-35P are pack premiums for future Yugoslav TT.

Edit: for new Tech Trees they add planes first, then ground and so on…
I don’t think they will add M-55S, because it is currently being used in a certain war against Russian forces. Also I don’t that any Russian Ground Forces have captured the M-55

You’d be correct, iirc only one was permanently lost and that was destroyed (another was damaged but returned and repairable).
That being said, we still got the Su-34 (and one of the Su-25s iirc) which is currently seeing combat, so I don’t think the invasion would prevent vehicles.
That being said, it’s still an incredibly disappointing place to put the M-55S

It’s being used yes but the bastards would just add it in as a slovenian tank anyway. Even though it has no business in the ussr tree.

It is ironic that Ukraine is using it but they would add it to USSR TT which is post 1991 Russian TT.
Adding M-55S to USSR tech tree is like adding M60A3 TTS or Leopard 1A5 to USSR tech tree. M-55S is actively being used against Russia in a certain conflict, so it should definetely not be added, especially if they haven’t even captured any

I mean I can kinda see L-39ZA because it is used by Russian and Soviet air forces. But I dont see why they added T-72M2 or M53 Praga

If it was specifically a Ukrainian vehicle or under that flag, I guess but this seems to be going under the Slovenian flag

Still no reason to be added to USSR tech tree. Im really hoping it was just a typo on the leaker’s end, because M-55S has no reason to go to USSR, actively has reasons to NOT be in USSR.
Plus look at Russian T-55 modernizations like T-55M5 or T-55M6. I hate when gaijin purposefully adds nations that shouldn’t go to Russia, when Russia has their own vehicles that do that exact same thing. Until they add all Russian and Soviet variants and prototypes, I don’t want to see any other eastern equipment in USSR TT. Especially Czechoslovak which was invaded again by USSR in 1968 and Jugoslavija which has absolutely nothing to do with Russia beside WW1 and a little bit after WW2. Maybe I could see Federal Republic Jugoslavija or Serbian vehicles go to Russia, but otherwise there is no reason

Yugoslavia and it’s successors should all be a new tree.

What else could the M55 be then? We know the M-55S was leaked awhile back with the Bulgarian BMP-23 for the USSR.
Leaker typo, M55 coming with a bunch of other nations.
Also plenty of vehicles have been leaked and just sent to CDK jail, so I don’t really trust those typse of leaks. Like 10% of vehicles ingame are just locked in the files as a mesh and texture
