It is possible for Yugoslavia to still be added, but before the dissolution.
That means that the cutoff point for equipment may be the start of the Slovenian War of Independence 27 June 1991.
The M-55S is a Slovenian tank and not a Yugoslav tank.

It is a US Howitzer, however after a quick search it was never captured or purchased by the USSR, Vietnam or any Warsaw Pact state.
Why would it be limited to 1991?
Because, if they are adding a separate Slovenian tank to USSR, that means they cant be adding independent Yugo state vehicles in under Yugoslavia. I may be wrong, but it is logical.
Besides, JNA was fighting against nearly all independent states of the former Yugoslavia, so it makes sense for Yugoslavia to face independent Yugo states.
M55 is a howitzer yes. M-55S was Slovene upgrade of T-55 with the help of Israel.
Because they add tank in one tree does not mean it can not be in another
Yes, but why add for example the Croat M-84 to Yugoslavia and M-55S to USSR? Doesn’t make sense to me.
Yugoslavia could be supplemented by Iraq as a sub-tree anyway.

Does not make much sense to add M-55S to USSR anyway, it would make a lot more sense for it to go under Israel.
As for M-84 and M-55S. Again I do not see why not still add M-55S also to Yugoslavia

No. But if they add it to USSR and then add Yugoslavia. Yes. I do not see reason for it to go under USSR. Especially not Tech Tree Vehicle. Since USSR has Nothing to do with the upgrade
It appears nobody sees that this makes sense. But, that’s what the leaks say.
If they do add M-55S to USSR, then the only way Yugoslavia gets added if they cut it off at 1991. And give it Iraq as a compensation.

I do not see why they would have to cut Yugoslavia at 1991.
I have a strange theory for this leak, the is a small chance that M-55S is going to be a pre-order pack for new Yugo TT but there is no Yugo TT in game right now so developers put it in USSR TT temporarily, we need an update teaser to confirm it.
