We’ll see this week I suppose so it doesn’t matter.
My guess is that it’ll serve as another filler.

It can be removed from dev if enough people crash out. Just sucks gaijin doesnt add Russian vehicles to Russian tech tree anymore, when there are so many interesting version to be added

I doubt it.
Also it’s the Soviet tech tree, not Russian tree.

Might as well rename it to Russian SSR and Russian Federation because I dont see any other CIS members in top tier tech tree and other parts of the tech tree

Lol no, it should include other former SSRs

Alao M-55S is actively fighting AGAINST RUSSIA. imo M-55S has a place in the game…Specifically in Israeli tech tree…BUT SOVIETS? JUST WHY???

Because it’s a Soviet style tank.

Especially now that the British tech-tree is being worked into the Commonwealth tech-tree next update.

If Britain can get an Indian T-90, then USSR should be able to get a Ukrainian Challenger 2.

USSR getting Chally 2, Leopard 2 variants, F-16 etc. from Ukraine and F-35 from Czechia ;)

I’m still waiting for the centauro b1 Russia tested back in 2012, cheek out the suggestion for it. But that is getting well off topic.

Mate by this logic the whole Russian tech tree is fighting against Russia.

But, I do agree that it is ridiculous to see a Slovene tank in the USSR tree.

I was stating it by the logic of Gaijin and someone else mentioned wanting to see more vehicles from other Soviet Republics. Maybe that leak was wrong and so on. M-55S was in files before. But yeah…we shall see. The current course Gaijin is taking is making national tech trees obsolete. Everyone has everything. Their standards what TT gets what vehicle have changed quite a bit. If all ground TTs would be implemented today I do not doubt Germany would have their own T-34 variants. Whichever independent or sub TT comes next will I believe have problem with copy-paste even if it is avoidable…
I believe it is nothing wrong that Tech Trees are becoming obsolete with how the same vehicles get added to many tech trees. I really do not see future in current TT system if new additions continue to be added the way they are.

As per Yugoslavia itself The proposed TT show a lot of uniqueness from vehicles being built from ground up and also variants of existing vehicles with still some room for improvements already discussed before. I think all branches (Naval, Heli, Ground, Air) offer fun experience if implemented uniquely. I see it as a big “meme” potential. Frankenstein tanks, truly heavily armed fishing boats and Aircrafts being built from American, French and German components all at once. i

If not uniquely implemented we then just get China 2.0
Yugoslavia also offers nique aesthetics to new style of Premium packs, with difference of Yugoslav ones actually being historically accurate. (Please correct me on my last statement because I never found vehicle like Skink in Hell configuration)

I hope I was not too long and understandable.
thank you :)

Still won’t get over how ridiculous that is considering the US outright rejected the Skink, leaving only Canada and Britain to be the countries to trial it.

Apparentally thats were it would fit the best and where it is needed the most

How so?

Its not like the Soviets don’t have a number of T-55 and T-62 available with upgrades? For example, the T-55M5?

I have about 5 additional units pending on top. And add an Iraqi Enigma to that as well. All Russian/Soviet T-62s and T-55s, in addition to about 3 (now 4) units that are already in the existing suggestions list.

And why not give the Russians at least the Serbian T-55AH, why do they need a Slovenian tank specifically?

ask Gaijin

We first need any official news about the update.

Israeli TT… Also yes actual official announcements will provide a lot of clarification. If it will indeed be M-55S, we should do a petition ;)
