Your opinion: did BMD4 has a nerfed damage?

1 person is telling me that BMD4 and BMD4M damage is nerfed and often doesn’t pen/destroy other vehicle. did you think this is true?

I routinely get 1 shotted by them. If anything they need a BR increase
