Your codes are rubbish

Yes its related to free vehicles. Whenever your vehicle is unavailable (penalty or out of lineup) game has a chance to give you one as free tank. And then game overrides your sabot/he setup with heat/he because free vehicles are stock. So when you pick this vehicle from your lineup you see ammo setup for free version.

same thing happens for me too

This seems to be a bug related to the new free vehicles.

You can bug report it here (just search a bit first so that you don’t report something that is already reported and known about): (Gaijin.net // Issues)

A guide on how to report bugs can be found here: ([Navigation] Technical Knowledge Base | War Thunder Wiki)

Have you reported it?

Someone already did 7 days ago, should I go and make another one?

If there already is a report that is correctly made then there is probably no need for another. 7 days is really not that long for reports if it isn’t widespread and completely game breaking. If it hasen’t been handled in a while i recommend sending a private message to one of the Technical Moderators to ask about it. You can find all the teams and the areas they handle listed here: (Who is who and Reporting Procedure). If you don’t get an answer within a few days you can add more moderators from the list to the original message instead of sending a new message (that way you preserve the date of the message and it doesn’t look like a new request), adding one of the moderators to the message every 2-3 days or so until you get an answer.

Please do not to add the seniors until you have tried all other regular moderators, the Seniors likely won’t answer unless they are added and pinged by the regular moderators but if you’ve added all the regular moderators with no answer then you can add the seniors.

This is actually a very old problem that has been reported many times before. My report on it:

Belts and bombs on planes reset to default after entering Naval

have you guys tried changing the shell sliders before you spawn

Yep, same as randomly reseting controls back to default from time to time…
Annoying AF…

If you play that tank as one of the free stock vehicles then it will switch your ammo.

It will switch too even if you don’t touch it bro if it offers you the same vehicle you previously crewlocked.

Ye if you just hover over it.

Bro it seems like one or two person reported it gets ignored, like haha that’s small matter we dgaf. Maybe I should make another one bro I have plenty of friends and family members and I could get them all to create a report, so when you have 500-1000 people report it means the problem seems bigger bro so it would go from small matters to “known issue”

Bro the real endgame isn’t fixing bugs, it’s watching how long they survive. I hope we don’t have to wait until the next geological era.

This is what the “i have the same issue” button is for.

How about both? 5000 separate reports + 5000 “I have the same issue bro” will be more effective bro

No, it won’t. It will make handling reports take way longer than needed and will delay all issues getting investigated and forwarded to developers.

Imagine that you are a teacher and ahve tasked you class to find an issue and hand in one page of text about it. Would you rather that the class hand in 30 separate pages where 20+ of them just talks about some unknown issue with no specifics or ways to fact check and the other ones may perhaps have parts of the issue but oddly or badly described and then one that is reasonable. OR would you rather that the class come together and discuss the issue and in the end hand in one page together where they have all the necessary information and facts so that you can understand and fix the issue directly?

It’s way better to have one report with discussions in the comments and the author updates the main report when new things are found. This is a prime example: ( Community Bug Reporting System ), filed on the 11’th of July, 90+ “i have the same issue” , accepted on the 14’th of July, comments investigate and add more information, fixed on the 4’th of August.

Are you kidding bro?

This bug has been reported since 1964 and 62 years later still hasn’t fixed??
